Tutorial 7: Managing Subscriptions and Upgrading Plans

BITWHALE offers multiple subscription plans to cater to different trading needs, from the Free Plan to Premium and Professional tiers. This tutorial will guide you through understanding the available plans, managing your subscription, and upgrading to unlock more features to enhance your trading experience.

Understanding BITWHALE’s Subscription Plans

BITWHALE provides three subscription tiers, each with distinct features:

Free Plan ($0 Forever)  

• Features:  
  • 10 trades per month.  
  • BTC and ETH trading pairs only.  
  • Basic AI predictions.  
  • Community support.
• Limitations: No access to advanced trading pairs, priority support, advanced AI features, or portfolio analytics.  
• Best For: Beginners testing the platform with limited trades.

Premium Plan ($19 per month)  

• Features:  
  • 60 trades per month.  
  • Top 15 trading pairs (BTC, ETH, XRP, BNB, SOL, DOGE, TRX, ADA, LINK, TON, XLM, AVAX, SUI, LTC, DOT).  
  • Advanced AI predictions.  
  • Priority live chat support.  
  • Advanced risk management.  
  • Portfolio analytics.

Understand Trade Limits  

• The Free Plan allows 10 trades per month, resetting after 30 days.  
• The Premium Plan allows 60 trades per month, also resetting monthly.  
• The Professional Plan has unlimited trades with no reset.

How to Upgrade Your Plan

1. Access the Subscription Plans  
   • In the “Upgrade” section, you’ll see the plan comparison with Free, Premium, and Professional options.
2. Select a Plan  
   • To Upgrade to Premium: Click “Upgrade Now” under the Premium Plan ($19/month).  
   • To Upgrade to Professional: Click “Upgrade to Professional” under the Professional Plan ($69/month).  
   • If you’re on the Free Plan, either button will work to upgrade.
3. Complete the Payment  
   • After selecting a plan, you’ll be redirected to a payment page.  
   • Confirm the crypto payment to activate your new plan.  
   • Once activated, your plan status will update (e.g., from Free to Premium), and you’ll see the new trade limits and features.

Managing Your Subscription History

1. Check Subscription History  
   • Scroll to the “Subscription History” tab
   • Columns include:  
     • Start Date: When the subscription began.  
     • Status: Active, Expired, or Cancelled.  
     • Expiry Date: When the subscription ends or renews.  
     • Payment ID: Transaction ID for the payment.
   • Note: If you see “No subscription history found,” you’re likely on the Free Plan or haven’t upgraded yet.

• Switch Plans: To switch from Premium to Professional (or vice versa), select the new plan and confirm the upgrade/downgrade. The change will take effect immediately, and billing will adjust accordingly.
